Drug Evaluation and Research (DER) Directorate

The Directorate comprises of five (5) Divisions namely:

Clinical Trials.
Vaccines & Biologics
Cosmetics & Medical Devices.
Herbal Medicines & Nutraceuticals.
Pharmaceutical Compliance, and Pharmaceutical Operations Divisions.

The Directorate is headed by a Director, resident at the headquarters and has a pool of highly skilled and experienced staff comprising of management, regulatory and administrative cadres. The office of the Director houses the Quality Management System (QMS) Unit.
