Olufemi Okanlawon Balogun is a seasoned ICT professional with over a decade of leadership experience, having headed the ICT unit of the Agency since 2012. Currently serving as Deputy Director in-charge of the newly established ICT Directorate (2024), he is responsible for overseeing the Agency’s IT systems, infrastructure, and operational processes.
Mr. Balogun holds a Master’s degree in Information Technology and a Postgraduate Diploma in Computer Science from the University of Lagos, along with a Bachelor of Science in Physics from Lagos State University, earned in 1992.
Driven by a deep passion for information systems and change management, he has played a pivotal role in the successful development and digital transformation of the Agency’s regulatory systems—ushering in a new era of efficiency, transparency, and innovation.
