In line with our commitment for continual improvement and process harmonization in service delivery, I wish to notify our stakeholders that e-permit for importation of ALL excipients will be issued by Chemical Evaluation and Research Directorate (CER).
In view of this, all requests for e-permit to import excipients should be made through CER online portal.
Please note that issuance of e-permit for importation of Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients (APIs) is still domiciled in the Drug Evaluation and Research Directorate (DER)
This decision is in line with our core values as a Customer Focused and Agency Minded entity.
