The Information and Communication Technology (ICT) Directorate is responsible for providing strategic direction, management, and support for the Agency’s information technology infrastructure, systems, and services.
What We Do
The ICT Directorate is responsible for providing efficient and effective IT services to support the Agency’s operations. Our key responsibilities include:
- Providing IT Support to the entire Agency formation
- Managing and maintaining IT Systems and IT Infrastructure
- Providing and supporting Regulatory Systems solutions to facilitate the Agency’s day-to-day operations
Our Quality Objectives
Our goal is to deliver high-quality IT services that meet the Agency’s needs. Our quality objectives include:
- Enhancing collaboration and communication within the Agency and with external stakeholders through electronic mail, intranet and website
- Improving service delivery of ICT services by providing robust IT infrastructures, systems, and coordinated IT management
- Establishing a robust Information Security Management System and enhancing cybersecurity compliance and operations
- Leveraging technology to improve regulatory efficiency and effectiveness by automating Agency processes
- Ensuring compliance with international and national IT standards, policies, and best practices
