Olufemi Balogun is a seasoned ICT professional with over a decade of experience in leading the ICT unit of the Agency since 2012. As the Deputy Director in charge of the newly created ICT Directorate, he oversees the operation of IT systems, infrastructure, and processes.
Mr. Balogun holds a Master’s degree in Information Technology and a Postgraduate Diploma from the University of Lagos. He also graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Physics from Lagos State University in 1992.
With a passion for information systems and change management, Olufemi Balogun has successfully led the development and transition of digitalization of the Agency’s regulatory systems.
