Please note the following definitions:
- Withdrawal: A product’s Certificate of Registration is considered withdrawn when its use is discontinued at the request of the Market Authorization Holder.
- Suspension: A product’s Certificate of Registration may be suspended when the conditions under which the registration was granted are no longer met, pending further determination by NAFDAC.
- Cancellation: A product’s Certificate of Registration is deemed cancelled when NAFDAC formally revokes the registration license.
